Hi, I’m Carolyn and I was born an animal lover! My childhood was filled with crawling, swimming, and flying pets of all kinds. We had ducks, pigeons, cockatiels, finches, tropical fishes, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, lizards, frogs, turtles, giant insects, and of course dogs.
I’ve raised dogs for over 15 years -- from puppyhood to seniordom, I’ve dealt with it all. Potty training, counter-surfing, destructive chewing, poop eating, hot spots, allergies, yeast infections, surgeries, rehab, leash reactivity, dog fights, cancer, arthritis, incontinence, senility, and the list goes on and on...
In addition to caring for my current three pooches, I'm also a volunteer dog walker at the Seattle Animal Shelter. I've been doing that on a weekly basis for the past several years and I absolutely love it!
Maya
Our newest addition. Maya was our first time fostering for a rescue and we failed! She quickly settled in to our lives, we fell in love with her and decided to adopt her.
Koda (aka "Twinkle Toes")
Currently the oldest of my crew and a very special
little guy. We adopted him from a Siberian husky rescue
when he was about 8 months old.
Nikko
We adopted him from a rescue group when he was only 10 weeks old. He is the snuggly one.

Minna
She's the Original! My first dog as an adult, the apple of my eye and my one and only.
Minna passed away September 2012 -- she was almost 15 years old.
Juneau
The gentlest sweetest soul ever. He passed away in November 2009 from
liver cancer, he was just shy of 11 years old.
